What payment options do you accept?

Do you collect sales tax?
The state law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to address in Maryland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your N.A. Beauty order and/or shipping total. N.A. Beauty is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.Please note, N.A. Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
When will my order ship?
We strive to process all orders within 3-5 BUSINESS days of your purchase (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)!

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. If for any reason you did not receive your shipping confirmation, please check your spam/ junk folder before contacting our customer service.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
We assure that all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling. Damages that may occur during transit are out of our control. We ask that you inspect all of your items upon arrival. In the event you find that your items are damaged upon arrival please contact us to report it 24 hours.
Please send: -Clear detailed photos of the damages-Your order number-Please give 48 hours for us to file a claim. Once the claim has been processed we contact you to rectify the situation.
**Note that after 48 hours we reserve the right to refuse any claim.**
My item was stolen. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.Once orders have left N.A. Beauty’s warehouse: the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

Can I return my package if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges.
I just placed an order, but I put the wrong shipping information. What do I do?
If you realize that you entered your shipping information incorrectly, please email us at info@naomiadriannebeauty.com right away. Please provide your first and last name, and your order number to expedite the process. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from N.A. Beauty, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
